The Quality Shop

He approached the counter with trepidation, afraid the cost would be too great. “I’d like to buy some Charisma,” he said to the elegantly dressed clerk.

“Sorry, sir. We’re sold out.”

“Oh...umm...do you have any Confidence?”

“Out of stock.”

“What about Talent?”

“Sorry, sir, it’s on indefinite back order.”

“Any Luck?”

“Sorry, we’re all out.”

Every good things in life seems all that difficult to acquire. Many take an easy way out.

Btw, Ma'am, how's your German Shepherd treating the little Labrador these days? Now that both are big they take kindly to each other should be!

The Quality Shop should have Quality if nothing else. This was fun. If only we could acquire some attributes that way. Not through hard work.

Quality shops were always meant to lure rather than deliver. Thankfully our customer wasn't shortchanged! :)
