that is one beautiful expanse of water, I would be swimming in there, feeling the rush of the cold water against my skin, and then I would stop in the middle, float as still as the water around me and look up to the heavens and drift...

I've heard the expression about water being smooth and still as a mirror, but that pic completely illustrates it--beautiful, and the ducks in all stages of getting up or down in the header are amazing as well. Gorgeous and very peaceful.

Great photo. Had to look at a while to make sure you weren't being tricksy and publishing it upside down.

That water is like glass. Just lovely.

AWESOME shot. Truly. You might need to have this one framed....the header shot is busting through with color also. Some pretty sweet shots Talon.

You have perfectly balanced the shot in your blog...also. Very good. Very meditative shot.

Absolutely lovely - this is spectacular. And as lovely as it is, here is food for thought. Turn and look at it as if rotated 90 degrees so the dark area on the left is at the top. It forms a perfect totem pole with faces. At least that what my hubby saw and pointed it out to me. No matter how you look at it, it's a fantastic shot.

At 90 degrees it looks like that famous tower (whose name I seem to forget!!) just with green outgrowths adorning it!! :)
